Our Commitment and Assurance to You

We will make every effort to provide you with quality portraits that will provide you many years of pure enjoyment.  We will try to fulfill all your expectations with our photographic products.  We have high standards of quality that we feel we must meet in the work we produce and sell.  With any photo shoot there is always the chance that something will go wrong.  While the chances of total or even partial losses these days are slim with advanced technology that is being used in the photography industry.  There’s always the chance that the inevitable will occur.  Murphy’s law……Errors can be in part of the photographer, processor, film, equipment failure, shipping services, etc.  We sincerely hope this does not occur.  In the unlikely event of a medical or family emergency that might put us in a situation that we are unable to control and resolve.  Therefore at the very last moment our ability to serve you could be impaired.  We are very glad to note that we have two well experienced backup photographers and assistant teams who may be able to step in and fill our place.  We have made arrangements with them to provide services in our absence.  They are notified of all our photo shoots and will be contacted immediately if needed to fill in for events that we cannot attend.

If we do have a problem with your event or portraits we will make every effort to correct the problem. If possible we will re-shoot part or all of what it takes to recreate the images. Then we will have it reprocessed and delivered to you at no additional costs to you.

If it’s a loss that we cannot recreate, such as wedding event that is impossible to redo. We will issue either part of a refund for what you have paid that was lost, or an entire refund. If at all possible we will try to reshoot at least part of the lost portraits.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to work for you. We pledge to give it our "best shot".

JUST REMEMBER ……   “Anything is Possible”
